Return Policy

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products bought from official online shop. If you are not satisfied with your purchased products, we are happy to refund your item within 10 days upon delivery date.

Limitations on Return
Return only applicable on all Aerila products is purchased on aerila.com (exclude sales or promotional items) with proof of purchase and authorized by us.

Our return policy, following goods are not eligible for return, refund or exchange: discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items, non Aerila brand products. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Return Shipping
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products bought from official online shop. If you are not satisfied with your purchased products, we are happy to refund your item within 10 days upon delivery date.

For all returns, you are responsible for shipping charges.

All return products (including all the packaging) MUST be in original and re-salable condition. There may have handling and administration fees caused by non re-salable conditions.

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. We will not be responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

We do not refund the original shipping charges, if the order with free shipping, original shipping charge will be deduct also, unless you received a defective product orwrong item received.

Your return the product within 7 days from our authorization. And email the tracking information to us. Please send the item back to us in a timely manner to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, we may decline your return request.

If we fail to receive your return item within 7 days, from the date of dispatch as confirmed by our courier, we reserves the rights to deny your request for any Refund or Exchange after this period.

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspection. And we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Please allow up to 7-10 working days after receipt of your return, a returns confirmation will be emailed once received to confirm when a refund will be issued.
