All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions.

All orders' are delivered by an economic express delivery carrier, to the address indicated at checkout page. We recommend business or residential as a delivery address and do not accept post office box.

For all customize order will be dispatch within 8-10 business days, peak seasons may take longer. When we aware that impossible dispatch within 8 business days, will through email info and refund immediately.

For non customize order will be dispatch with 3-5 business days. If the product ordered is unavailable, will through email info and refund immediately.

Order Cancellations

For order cancellation, please email us at info@aerila.com immediately. Once order dispatched or product customized that can not be cancel, and you may need to wait until you receive the purchased in order to return it (only applicable for non customize order).

Note: All customize / dispatched order once being processed, orders can not be cancel.

All international orders please be aware that you may be subject to customs & import charges. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. These charges we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the package and not included in the cost of delivery. You may contact your local custom for more information.
